The appointment went well today. They are now moving up to 2 solid food meals a day and can start on meats and yogurt as well. Both boys checked out great and are developing normally.
Luke:
Head circumference - 48cm - greater than 97th percentile (size of a 2-year-old!)
Height - 29.5 inches - greater than 97th percentile (height of a 15 month old)
Weight - 19lbs 6oz - 90-95th percentile (weight of a 10 month old)
No wonder he's starting to wear 12 month clothing! He's just a big big boy!
Logan:
Head circumference - 46.5cm - 75th percentile
Height - 26.75 inches - 75th percentile
Weight - 16lbs 3oz - 25-50th percentile
Logan's our "little bit" who really is just the average sized one! Part of his lower weight is because of his VSD (a hole in his heart). We are planning on him having open heart surgery in late June to repair the hole. It is a scary thing but it is necessary. We will be happy to be done with the surgery and able to move on.
Steven started back to school today so we're back to the grind. Hopefully the semester will fly by! The boys and I are waiting for some warmer weather so we can go for walks again. I hate being stuck inside so much! Spring will be here soon though. Until then we'll enjoy the indoor daycare that we have set up!!
